EconoPIM™ 3 1200 V, 75 A three-phase PIM IGBT module adopts fast trench stop IGBT 4, the fourth generation emitter control diode and temperature detection NTC. Also suitable for heat-conducting interface materials. PIM (Power Integration Module), which integrates rectifier and brake chopper, can save system cost. They can be packaged in Econo2 and Econo3, or soldered or PressFIT pins.
